Terms and Conditions

1.  Payment

Paypal welcome (send to adleyland2004@yahoo.co.uk).

All cheques/postal orders must be made payable to Alan Leyland.

We regret we cannot accept payment by credit card.

If you wish to send cash, this is at your own risk, and MUST be sent by recorded delivery post.

Plants will be only be despatched once full payment, including postage and packaging, has been received/cleared.

2.  Delivery

UK and EU - standard postage and packing is £6 per order (first class mail).   Orders over £60 - postage and packing is free of charge.

If you wish us to send your plants by recorded delivery please contact us for costs.

Outside UK and EU - please contact us for details.

We normally despatch plants within 3 days of receipt of payment, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Plants will be despatched bare rooted unless otherwise stated.

3.  Returns/cancellation

This does not affect your statutory rights but if you have to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible and confirm in writing.  We shall refund any monies.

In the event of cancellation, the customer must cover any/all costs of postage to return the plants.

If you not entirely happy with your purchase or you experience any problems with your order please advise us within 7 working days.
